Anita, Mireille ( with the help of the little Camille ) will assure you a good reception in our nice Hotel.
Fabien prepares for you fine dishes in his kitchen. Between Gastronomy and Alsatian Specialities all our dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients, for the greatest pleasure of all the Gourmets.
René grows 3 hectares of a Wineyard and elaborats his Wine in the Cellar in Mittelwihr. He will be happy to make you discover the different types of Alsatian Wines.
In a traditional and quiet, wine producing medieval Village in the Heart of Alsace, the Hostellerie SCHWENDI and his typical style will charming you.This all renovated house is from the XVIIIe siecle, but keeps stones and beams that makes the Charm of this Country.
A creative cuisine with good taste, served in our very pleasant restaurant, which situated in an old wine cellar from the XVIII siecle.
In the nice days, we serve the Carte of the terrace (junch and dinner).
With fresh products, Fabien prepares for you a good tasting cuisine.
From the homemade Foie gras, served with stewed fruit to the traditionnal Sauerkraut and other fish dishes like gratinated sea bass ond Dublin bay prawns with spices, we propose you all the differents types of Alsatian Wines from our own property (can be ordered by Glass).
So you will experience one the nicest gastronomic moments.
From october 2004 we propose to you 8 new and nice Rooms, in the new house "Maison Germaine".
This nice Alsatian House was renovated in 2004. Behind this typical Front you will find a nice little yard. We have two rooms with Balcon.
We propose 17 nice rooms, totally renovated.
Each room has a different style and offer you typical characteristics with their beams and style furniture.
All our rooms have a bathroom, with toilet and are equipied with TV and telephon. Some of thems have air-condition.
